A fantastic family retreat

Waking up to the smell of fresh bacon was a delightful start! The pools were well-kept, and the kids loved the engaging entertainment team. We enjoyed evenings filled with family fun.

Unfortunately, our room had a rather uncomfortable sofa bed for the adults, and the noise levels in the main restaurant could be overwhelming at times.

The daily activities kept us entertained, and the kids loved the evening shows. We particularly enjoyed the variety of food options, especially at the quieter Oriental restaurant. It was the perfect spot for some family fun amidst the beautiful surroundings.

My kids wished for more healthy snack options for a balanced diet.

Our stay was super fun! The staff were so nice, and the kids loved the daytime activities. Had a blast at the mini-golf! The buffet had a nice variety of food, although I wished they had more healthy snack options. The main pool was lively, but it got a bit noisy at times. a nice spot for families.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including a fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and children's play area. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with directions. I highly recommend enjoying the afternoon tapas bar. I’m coming back for a business trip.

Staying at Los Zocos was delightful. The clean, spacious Junior Suite provided a lovely view of the pristine grounds. I especially appreciated the afternoon tapas bar for premium guests, where the food was cooked fresh and tasted fantastic. A nice touch to unwind after a day of exploration.

The balcony offered a lovely view of the pool, perfect for morning coffee. The fitness room featured a Concept2 rowing machine, a rare find in hotels. Enjoyed the varied food options, though it did start feeling a bit repetitive by the end of the week. Pools were well maintained, but the temperature was quite chilly, and sometimes it felt warmer outside in the Atlantic. Staff members were generally friendly and responsive. the dining experience felt a bit rushed. they started cleaning up and putting food away too early. Also experienced delays with wifi and issues getting our kettle replaced.
